Application of Kitronyx's Pressure Distribution Measurement System for telecommunication system
Purpose
To verify proper attachment, we used an SFC1900CX sensor to record both the pressure distribution and the loaded shape of the antenna.
Results
After installing the shark-fin antenna on the car, we observed how the front section’s profile changed with different bolt torques. As torque increased, the deformation at the antenna’s leading edge became more pronounced, allowing us to gauge how securely it was fastened.
