This spray pressure sensing demo shows increased sensitivity and resolution of novel Kitronyx tactile sensor technology. Spray pressure sensing is a valuable solution for designers working on applications in fluid and gas spray. MC1600 electronics for FSR matrix sensor and MS9760 thru mode sensor are used for this demo. In this article, drop ball impact test using our MC1600 data acquisition electronics and specially designed sensor is demonstrated. In the left figure above, trajectory of dropped ball is clearly measured. The impact force by the ball can be also gathered and displayed in the right figure. This system is developed according to the requirement from a client who needs quantitative analysis of impact force. Kitronyx provides custom design service including sensors, electronics, and software. We welcome a new client who needs a pressure distribution measurement system and its customization. Here are a few photos of our pressure mapping system designed for dogs and animals. The system is being used in a local veterinary clinic.
Sensors, electronics, software, and housing are all designed and/or developed by Kitronyx. This pressure mat is built using our conductive fabric products.
In this study, we share our latest work for a research institute who needs pressure mapping sensor for animal behaviour analysis.
The system is composed of MC1600 and MS9760 FSR matrix sensor sensitive enough to assess motor performance in rats and mice. Footprints of mice are collected and transmitted by MC1600 and our analysis software visualizes and saves data for data analysis by our customers Kitronyx MP2512 smart sensor insole hardware development kit (HDK) is an off-the-shelf solution for developers who need an out-of-box solution to build their own sensor insole products.
The most important feature of this product is that we are selling it! MP2512 is based on Kitronyx's proprietary thin film sensing solution and data acquisition algorithm. MP2512 is composed of:
