This video includes various interesting applications of pressure mapping systems. The pressure mapping systems shown in this video are composed of newly released electronics and sensors in 2021 3Q. Wired foot pressure mapping with FSR sensor embedded insoles are shown in this video. Our electronics Snowboard 2, and newly developed sensor insole INSOLE-M1 are used in this demo. These are collectively sold as MP2513 Insole Sensor Kit INSOLE-M1 has hundreds of sensing pixels to give high resolution foot pressure image. In this application example, several single zone FSR sensors are located on the curved surface of a wheel chair seat for seat pressure mapping application. Kitronyx Snowboard 2 Plus are used to simultaneously gather data from these FSR sensors and FSR monitor software is used for displaying seat pressure data. Wireless foot pressure mapping with FSR sensor embedded insoles are shown in this video. Our electronics Snowboard 2, wireless Blueooth module, and newly developed sensor insole INSOLE-M1 are used in this demo. INSOLE-M1 has hundreds of sensing pixels to give high resolution foot pressure image. Kitronyx' FSR matrix sensor MS9760 and data acquisition electronics MC1600 are used to get contact pressure mapping of a press machine. As shown in the video, pressure distribution of between two contact surfaces are clearly shown to identify and monitoring the quality of manufacturing press process. This video demonstrates foot pressure mapping with sensor insoles that can be embedded inside shoes. Our electronics Snowboard 2 Plus and newly developed sensor insole INSOLE-M1 is used in this demo. In this video, Kitronyx high resolution FSR matrix sensor is used to measure pressure distribution of screen printing squeeze. ForceLAB 2, Kitronyx advanced pressure mapping analysis software, can simultaneously measure eight different FSR matrix senors. By this way, a user can easily build a pressure mapping system which covers large area. In addition, pressure mapping data from multiple devices can be easily gathered. |
