The PressureScan ll is an automation solution for quality control that visualizes pressure distribution in real-time and records and tracks changes over time. It can completely replace pressure indicating film.
The sensors are flexible and can be chosen according to the equipment size and spatial resolution, making them suitable for various industrial processes. Particularly, the SFC5040 is ideal for pressure uniformity measurements in continuous compression processes or large-area processes, such as roll laminators, due to its wide sensing area.
In the video below, you can see an example of applying the system to a roll laminator and visualize the pressure distribution. The measured data is stored as numerical values, which can then be used for further analysis.
